Nearly 2 years to the day, 21-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev – who was responsible for the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing that killed 4 and injured more than 200 people – has been found guilty on all 30 counts.

It took 12 hours of deliberation, and Tsarnaev was found guilty for the deaths of Krystle Campbell, Martin Richard, Lingzi Lu, and Sean Collier, as well as a slew of other charges, including setting off weapons of mass destruction.
