When Drake rapped “I got n****s that can never leave Canada too,” he may have spoken too soon on the never part. After 12 years, friend and artist P. Reign has officially been allowed back in the U.S.
P. Reign was unable to cross over the Canadian border into America because of conflicting laws at the border of the two countries. After landing in L.A., Reign exclaimed how elated he was as emotion and joy overcame him.
“It’s been the one road block in totally pursuing my dreams and it’s exciting and humbling to finally be here,” he wrote in an emailed statement to Rap Radar. “I finally have no more excuses and a real shot at going for what I’ve always dreamed about.”
Last September, P Reign told the people over at Noisey the first thing he would do when he was finally able to come over the border was kiss the floor and take a pic for the gram! We wonder what that first kiss was like?
