Michelle Obama has been very vocal about encouraging fitness in America since she became the FLOTUS, inspiring her “Let’s Move” campaign some years back.

For her latest in the initiative, our First Lady uploaded a video of her exercise routine to the White House’s Facebook page, and damn – she goes hard!

She’s a wife, a mother, an activist and holds down a man running the ENTIRE country…and still finds the time to get a workout in. What’s your excuse again?
