Stephen Curry, the Warrior’s guard took a hard fall during the second quarter of their losing game (128-115) against the Houston Rockets yesterday. Curry happened to hit the floor very hard after falling over Trevor Ariza and didn’t move for a while afterwards. Eventually he walked it off and came back into the game with 5:58 left in the third quarter. When asked if he felt any headaches or tiredness from the injury, Curry said:
“It’s all kind of minor stuff compared to how it looked”
In other news, during the game the weather condition outside got really bad! There was 6 to 10 inches of rain on the ground and the sky showed no signs of stopping. Roadways were blocked, and drivers quickly became stranded. These conditions forced some basketball fans (and players) to remain a little longer than planned at the Houston Toyota Center.
The storm so far has taken 6 lives while 12 people are already labeled missing, and hundreds of homes have been ruined.
