Meek Mill had the closing set at Hot 97’s annual Summer Jam and used the platform to announce that his sophomore album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, was set to drop sometime this month.
The album was set to be released in 2014, but the Philly rapper’s encounters with the law caused major setbacks for those plans. Earlier this year, Meek said it was going to be released by April, which also didn’t happen. Hopefully, the third release announcement is a charm, though we still don’t have a specific date.
Big Sean, Rita Ora, Nas, Chris Brown, Pharrell, A$AP Ferg and Timabland are all thought to be part of the final project.
Stay tuned for more details on the Dreams Worth More Than Money release date.
