If all that is happening in the media wasn’t already bad for African Americans in the South, now they have to worry about a highway in dedication to the Ku Klux Klan. Georgia officials are seeking to appeal the courts decision to allow the White Supremacist Hate-Group adopt a highway in Georgia. The group says it infringes upon their right to freedom of speech, however state officials argue that the group is associated with a history of violent hate crimes and would cause civil unrest.

In Missouri the group successful adopted a highway, but lost it’s rights to it due to a failure to keep the highway clean which is a mandatory clause in the program.
