Lil Wayne has been struggling to get his music and contract dropped from Cash Money Records for a while now. Since he wasn’t allowed to release his latest album Tha Carter V with them, he decided to keep it moving and drop his album on TIDAL for free instead.

While Wayne thought this was a good idea, Cash Money says they owned the music, therefore Tidal broke the law and now owes them $50 million! While understanding the label is upset over this, the number is super close to the $51 million Wayne was suing Birdman for. Wayne was suing Birdman for blocking his album from coming out. Hmm, how do you think this is going to end up?
