Dylann Roof, the accused Charleston church shooter, is now facing 33 counts crime charges. These 33 counts include federal hate crime & firearm charges. If found guilty, he will be faced with a life sentence or the death penalty.
As we know, the 21-year-old murderer shot and killed nine people in the historic Emanuel AME Church in Charleston on June 17th during a Bible study session to incite a “race war” across the nation.
Today (Jul. 22), Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced the charges in a national news press conference.
The trial is set to start on July 11th, 2016.
