When will Kyrie Irving lace up his sneakers for his first game of the 2015-2016 season? It’s a question that no one has the exact answer to, but there are a couple of timetables flying out there. If you forgot, Irving broke his kneecap in Game 1 of last season’s NBA Finals, which was apart of the Cavs demise against the Golden State Warriors who took home the gold.
About a month ago, a report from the Northeast Ohio Media Group suggested that Irving could be back as early as January. Despite that claim, The Plain Dealer’s Terry Pluto thinks that Irving will be back “well before January.” Of course, no one really knows but don’t expect the theories to stop until Kyrie or someone close to him give a real time. Cavs fans keep your fingers crossed, and hope he makes it back sooner than later.
