Suge Knight’s criminal cases have been postponed by a judge earlier today. According to the Associated Press, Knight showed up in court where LA Superior Court Judge Ronald Coen granted a defense request for continuance. The request pushed the next hearing for October 13th, where prosecutors will be able to present some evidence in the robbery case.

The former Death Row member is pleading not guilty along with Katt Williams after they both reportedly stole a photographer’s camera in 2014, just after a former bodyguard was shot. Knight also has pled not guilty to murder, attempted-murder and hit-and-run charges after he ran over two men which killed one back in January. If convicted of all charges, he will face life sentences.
