Rapper MC Supreme was killed in a fatal car cash on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California back in June. The rapper’s daughter Yahdiya Coleman is now suing the city, the state of California, and the driver who hit her father’s car Philip Torres II. According to TMZ, the lawsuit states that the City of Malibu should be held accountable since that area is dangerous, and there are no warning signs, lights, or guardrails.
Torres was driving the pick-up truck that rammed into the West Coast rapper’s vehicle causing the car to flip over onto the embankment above the beach. Torres was arrested and suspected of vehicular manslaughter and DUI. There was also an unidentified female in the car with Supreme who was hospitalized for undisclosed injuries.
