Killa Cam is criminally underrated but he never fails to show is flashes of brilliance often. New York producing duo B. Roc and J. Patt, otherwise known as The Knocks were able to get a pretty stellar verse out of Cam recently. He’s on the intro for their latest album 55, and he makes it his own intro by coming with the bars we’ve come to expect from him.
“Starting our album off with this track is important to us because Cam being the New York legend that he is, is a perfect representation of the trajectory of our career, beginning as purely hip hop producers and moving into dance music,” said The Knocks’ J. Patt about the song. “We feel that his verse on our record stands up to some of his best work and we are very proud to showcase this collaboration as one of our most prized achievements.”
