At a Mad Decent Boat Party last week, a woman went overboard, causing the cruise to be cut short. All scheduled performances were cut, as well as a scheduled stop in Mexico. Tickets were around $1,000 a piece and while the cruise goers were promised a refund, they were not expecting a $57.47 one.
According to TMZ, reps for festival and the Norwegian Cruise Line said that the refund was the cost of cancelled excursion plus port taxes. So Mexico was only $50 and the taxes only $7.47? Um..we would have questions. But playing devils advocate, the passengers still got a 4 day cruise.
What do you think? Should they have gotten more? We wanna know what you think.
