The holidays sure have Chris Brown in the spirit and he’s doing something special with his latest album. He just announced that he will giving a portion of the proceeds from pre-orders of his latest album Royalty to charity. He announced it via Twitter and Instagram letting fans know of his plans to donate the pre-order money. “From now until Christmas, if you order the album, pre-order the album, $1 of every album sold will go to Children’s Network Hospital. So please do your part and give back,” Breezy details in the 15-second clip.
The money will go to Best Buddies International, which is “a nonprofit organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities,” according the foundations website.
The mixtape is a prequel to the album, and features the likes of Fetty Wap, Rihanna, Tyga, Wiz Khalifa, Wale and a few others. Enjoy.
