According to TMZ, Bobby Shmurda maybe released from jail as early as tomorrow December 3. Sources say that the rapper’s family was able to put up collateral for his 2 million dollar bond. Shmurda’s family put together a 200 page document showing the source of the money that they raised, reportedly some of the money comes from property owned by his aunt. Shmurda’s lawyer, Alex Spiro has yet to comment on this matter.
The Brooklyn rapper was arrested last December at Quad Studios in New York City. He was charged for conspiracy to commit murder and drug and gun possession. Shmurda faced other legal issues while in jail, he was accused of having his girlfriend bring a knife into to the facility and lying about it in front of a grand jury. Shmurda’s next trial is set for February 22.
