With heavy names in hip-hop such as Rick Ross, G-Eazy, Kid Cudi, Jeremih and Curren$y all releasing albums this past Friday (December 4,) some of the album projections are in.
G-Eazy has an amazing underground following so it came as no surprise that his album, When It’s Dark Out, is projected to move 90k-100k. With streaming included, he is projected 115k-130k.
Rick Ross’ Black Market album is projected to do 60k-65k. This may come as a surprise to some, seeing as though there is a dip in numbers comparing to his last album Hood Billionare.
Kid Cudi’s Speedin Bullet 2 Heaven, which he describes as a alternative album and not hip-hop, is projected to sell 18k-21k.
The official numbers will be in this weekend!
