Judge ordered The Game to pay $3,000 to rapper 4o Glocc. Reportedly, The Game held 40 Glocc at gunpoint, chased him outside of his Hollywood Hills home with 10 other men, and then beat him.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Susan Brugera also stated that the The Game committed battery against 40 Glocc and there is second trail to decide whether The Game should have to pay punitive damages. A status conference is set for January 14th. Also the Judge stated that the money awarded to 40 Glocc is based on 40 Glocc’s lack of candor during his testimony.
“I feared I was going to die, Everybody’s got guns on me. My best defense was to run and get away.”
40 Glocc testified that he had to seek medical attention after his encounter with The Game. He also said that he still gets threats from The Game both in person and on social media. He testified that he had to move out of state, lives in hotels, and drives different cars on a daily basis.
