Forbes’ fifth annual “30 Under 30” list is out now, and a few of our 2015 favorites nailed the list.

Forbes went through steep process of picking through 1,500 talented candidates and their respective leagues and narrowed the list down to 600 innovative, creative, brand-savvy individuals changing our social landscape and cultivating a new culture in twenty primary sections.

Growing up in the age of rapid advancement in technology isn’t such a bad thing after all, just ask A$AP Mob CEO, A$AP Rocky and Tsunami leader, Kehlani. This totally changes the notion that you have to be in the stable age bracket (30 and up) to make a difference in the world. The vibrant young leaders usher in a new the wave. With accessibly at your finger tips can you create your own lane, define your own product/service, actualize your own fan base and turn that into a brand and profit— no age or experience requirement necessary. All you need is the drive, ambition and creative ability to make anything you want possible.

To make this list you’ve got to be STANDOUT!!

The process to make the list is intense. We look at thousands of candidates from 20 different categories and consider their game-changing quotient along various dimensions, such as impact, use of cutting edge technology or creativity, scalability or adaptability, number of people reached and dollars raised/generated. There are no repeats from years past.

Age ain’t nothing but a number. Get it how you live! Congrats to all the winners.
