The judge assigned to the Bobby Shmurda case is not playing. He has not just made himself clear, but crystal clear as he denied lowering Shmurda’s bail for the seventh time.
TMZ reports that the judge denied Shmurda’s request to lower his bail on Tuesday even after his families attempt last month to put their property up as collateral.
Alex Spiro, Shmurda’s lawyer, believes his bail is set to high at $2 million. His net worth, which was originally said to be $20 million, is a huge exaggeration and Spiro says Shmurda’s net worth is around $427k so his bail should be around $50- $100k.
Shmurda has been locked up since December 2014 for conspiracy to commit murder. Spiro said they will not give up and will continue setting up bail hearings, even if it takes 55 times.
