Nick Cannon released a spoken word video addressing the public to be more aware of the injustices in the world. The 35-year-old business man recorded a black and white video where he spoke out against police brutality, news sensationalism, the entertainment industry, among other issues.
His goal was to redirect the viewers focus to what truly matters.
The video ended with the message “Don’t Be Distracted.”
Here is an excerpt of his spoken word:
“I want what’s mine, not yours, f*ck getting my foot in, I’m building my own doors/Hollywood mainstream don’t validate me yo, like Hov said ‘save the accolades, just the dough’.”
