The “waves” feud between Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa has reached the “waves” originator, Max B, who is currently serving a 75 year prison sentence for murder conspiracy and robbery charges in a New Jersey state prison. In a phone recording by his former producer Dame Grease, Max B raps to the Pharcydes song, “Runnin'(You Can’t Keep Runnin’ Away).” Titling the song “My Wave”, this song is Max B’s message to Kanye West.

Since the song was recorded via telephone, it is hard to hear Max B’s verses over the beat. But what is very clear is the chorus where Max B sings, “You can’t keep taking my waves.” A tweet from from Max B’s account said, “Im truly flattered by all the emulations. Thnks for the love&support. Lets stay positive. My petiton is available on“,¬†indicating the song was made all in fun. I wonder if Kanye will have a response?

Listen to the song below.
