Mac Miller is following up his GO:OD AM album by teaming up with The Fader for a documentary called Stopped Making Excuses.
The 12-minute documentary follows Mac‘s travels from his hometown of Pittsburgh to the Los Angeles, before he eventually moved to New York City to break free and become clean from the drugs he became addicted to L.A.
“I’d rather be the corny white rapper than the drugged-out mess that can’t even get out of his house,” Mac says. “You don’t go down in history because you overdosed.”
It gives a candid look into GO:OD AM, white guilt and the last six years of his life.
