With the excitement of Views From The 6 building after the “Summer Sixteen” drop, which landed him #6 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 this week, Drake has decided to kick things up a notch by covering his city in 6god advertisements. Several people on social media reported seeing several advertisements popping up around Toronto.
Billy Bishop Airport, Toronto’s main airport, first tweeted out photos of the ads:

Later, Drake posted on photos himself of a huge billboard reading “VIEWS”. His caption read “All Star Weekend”, referring to the annual NBA event being held in Toronto this year. The billboard appears to be in Dundas Square, which is right in the heart of the city. With just two months left until the album is supposed to drop, we have no doubt that Drake will continue to build anticipation in this way!
Drake’s marketing team did an amazing job with playing off the fact that All Star Weekend will be held in Drake’s hometown this year which means that thousands more people than just the residents of Toronto and the normal amount of tourists will see the 6god advertisements from the time they step off their flight. Well done, Drizzy.
