Gilbert Arenas’ usual antics have been pretty chill, until now.  On Feb. 18, the former NBA star took to Instagram to ask the Lakers for a 10-day contract from April 3rd to the 13th… Why you ask? So he could watch Kobe’s last home game at the Staples Center.

After failing to snag tickets like anybody else would do, Gil felt Instagram was his last hope so he sat down and started. But in true Arenas fashion, while typing his request, he couldn’t help taking jabs at Lakers’ current players, Nick Young and Metta World Peace. The only sane thing to come out of this message is that he is willing to pay to play. Takw a look for yourselves.
