There has been new development regarding the death of Bobbi Kristina. Reportedly, Bobbi Kristina’s autopsy report will be available to public as early as Friday, March 4th. While Bobbi Kristina’s death was under investigation the prosecutors had the records sealed from the public. A local TV station in Atlanta requested the autopsy results from the court and stated that it was under their first amendment rights to view the documents.
The medical examiners office has yet to release the documents and is waiting for authorization from the court.
“We’ve not received a signed authorization from the court indicating whether we can release information and, if so, what type of information can be released. If we do receive authorization later today, we do not plan to release information until tomorrow, March 4, 2016, at the earliest.”
The district attorney on the case hopes that the media would give the Bobbi Kristina’s family the respect they deserve during these hard times.
“It is our feeling that those valid reasons still exist; however, as citizens and officers of the court we must, nevertheless, follow the orders and instructions of the court. We would hope that news agencies and the media receiving the report would do so with the discretion and dignity a family who has lost a loved one deserves. Our investigation into the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown will continue.”
