Marvel has released a variety of covers for the new Black Panther series by Ta-Nehisi Coates.  One of the covers is the Jay Z’s Black Album-inspired hip-hop variant that was released in September of 2015. The series is set for release on newsstands and via digital retailers on April 6.

Earlier this week Ta-Nehisi Coates gave fans an exclusive look at the first issue of Black Panther via The Atlantic. Coates also discussses the challenges he faced in scripting the comic.
