SoundCloud Go has officially launched. The music streaming site, SoundCloud has launched a new paid subscription service for its users.
SoundCloud Go will cost $9.99/month following a free 30 day trial period. In the new paid service, users can access music from major labels: Warner Music Group, Universal Music Group, Sony Music and Merlin, and material from over thousands of independent labels as well.
“SoundCloud Go represents our vision of the future of music streaming: a platform for creators to collaborate on; for fans to discover the latest tracks, enjoy legendary music and connect with their favorite artists; and for our unique creative community to have the opportunity to be paid for their work,” SoundCloud CEO Alexander Ljung said in a press release.
