Less than a week after hosting his inaugural Charity Night Casino Gala in New York, J.R. Smith followed up this week with his first-ever “J.R. Smith Bowling Night” event in the Corner Alley-area of Cleveland on Wednesday night.
Around 75 fans were estimated to have attended the event, according to Bleacher Report and Cleveland.com.
During the event, Smith interacted with fans, posed for pictures, signed autographs and bowled a few frames.
All proceed earned from the event will go towards funding college scholarships and grants, sponsoring underprivileged youth for sporting camps, and furthering research development for Down Syndrome.
The event was sponsored and also hosted by the J.R. Smith Youth Foundation.
