Floyd Mayweather is very well still retired but there is always talk of him coming out of retirement. The only one thing that may bring Money May out of retirement is MONEY. This Saturday Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley will face off for the third time and some say that if Pacquiao defeats Bradley conveniently, that could set up a Mayweather/Pacquiao rematch.
When asked today by the LA Times Floyd Mayweather Sr if he thinks his son will fight Pacquiao in a rematch, Sr Mayweather, who is known for speaking his opinion on his son boxing business but not speaking for Floyd said: “I’m not going to say Floyd won’t fight again,” he said, before hinting that Mayweather Jr. might like the idea of fighting in the new 20,000-seat T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. “[The new arena], that might [convince him], too. He might be persuaded.”
If the price is right and it has to be really, really deep, more than the last Mayweather/Pacquiao fight will Floyd ever entertain the fact of fighting again?
