Meek Mill’s house arrest situation hasn’t been the greatest for his career, but there is a silver lining.
Originally, the court ordered Philly rapper not allowed to release new music while on house arrest. This puts a major delay in Dreamchaser 4, but fans got a treat when Meek released not one – but, two freestyles on last week. Fans feared that the rapper violated his house arrest terms, but that isn’t the case at all.

According to TMZ, Meek Mill is allowed to release music, but with a catch. The judge is only allowing him to put out music in order to “protect his brand.” Furthermore, the music has to be released on free music streaming services like Soundcloud. Which completely stops his money flow until May.
Yikes… Well, the good news is the house arrest is almost over.
