Legendary radio personality Doug Banks, who was a radio host at several stations, including his latest at Chicago’s V103 and WGCI, and appeared on ABC7’s 190 North, has died from complications of diabetes. He was 57.

Banks was born in Philadelphia, and hosted radio shows at stations in L.A., San Francisco, Las Vegas, Detroit and finally V103 in Chicago.

Banks is survived by two college-aged daughters and two adult children. Rest in peace.
