The Kobe love just keeps on coming.
Kobe’s teammates and fellow NBA players aren’t the only ones singing his praises and thanking him for his contribution to the game, celebrities are too. A tribute video was put together featuring Shaq, Carmelo Anthony, LeBron James, Lamar Odom, and more, but the Lakers also put together a second video featuring celebrities such as Kanye West, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Justin Bieber and other celebrities that also played in the Staples Center.
While some messages were well received, some, not so much. Sports writer for ESPN, Arash Markazi tweeted that the “loudest boos were reserved for: Kanye West, Kim Kardashian and Justin Bieber.”
