Last night (April 14) Kobe Bryant had his last game in the NBA and it was every bit of emotional as it was glorious. After the game Kobe gave an emotion filled speech to his fans.

Tickets for the legendary Laker’s last game were in the thousands, but the Mamba definitely would give fans their money’s worth. Kobe Bryant had the perfect storybook ending for an NBA player. Last night he ended the game with 60 points and a comeback win against the Utah Jazz. After the game Kobe gave one last speech to the Laker’s fans that have been cheering Kobe on for 20 years. Kobe stood in the middle of the Laker’s court in disbelief that twenty years had went by and this was his final game. The cheering crowd listened as Kobe thanked them for the constant support and love. “I’m more proud about the fact that, not about the championships but the down years, because we didn’t run,”said Kobe. “We played through all of that stuff and we got our championships, and we did it the right way. All I can do here is thank you guys for all of the years of support.” Kobe ended his speech with one final kiss to the Laker symbol on half court and a final word of ‘Mamba out.’

The NBA is truly going to miss Kobe Bryant.
