Moving forward from their 2014 medical marijuana bill, Pennsylvania is prepared to sign off on paperwork to legalize marijuana in the entire state.
According to Governor Tom Wolf, he will be signing off on the legalization on Sunday. The decision stems from legislature sending a bill to the governor this past Wednesday after parents whose children suffer from seizures came to together to push the government to make a decision.
This would make Pennsylvania the 24th state to legalize a medical marijuana program. According to Pennsylvaina’s legislature, qualifying diagnosed conditions include AIDS, autism, epilepsy, cancer, autism, sickle cell anemia and more.
