Beyoncé crashed the internet once again this past Saturday with the release of her 6th studio album, Lemonade, initially available strictly for streaming on TIDAL.
Early projections from ChartNews have Lemonade clocking in sales of between 500,000 and 600,000, likely guaranteeing an RIAA Gold certification in just 7 days. Lemonade was kept from iTunes for the first 36 hours of its release, so those projections could rise to higher figures, especially once the first 24-hour cycle of iTunes availability wraps up tomorrow.
US chart preview (early projection): @Beyonce, Lemonade 500-600k.
