According to new legal documents filed by his sister, Tyka Nelson, the late artist, Prince, did not leave a will on his behalf.
According to TMZ, in the new filed documents, Tyka said, “I do not know of the existence of a will and have no reason to believe that the decedent executed testamentary documents in any form.” If a will is not found, Prince’s estate will be equally divided among his siblings.
In the documents, Tyka lists the people who are potential beneficiaries, all half brothers and sisters of the late singer: John, Norrine, Sharon, Alfred and Omarr. They are all living siblings of Prince. She also says she’s an heir entitled to her cut.
