The long-awaited J Dilla album, The Diary, finally made its way to people’s headphones after 14 years of setbacks. The album was supposed to drop back in 2002, but it wasn’t until two weeks ago that it saw the light of day. Releasing on Mass Appeal Records, Snoop Dogg, Bilal, Pete Rock, Bink!, Hi-Tek, Nottz and more all made guest appearances on the LP.

The lead track “The Sickness,” featuring Nas, has now gotten a nice visual. Directed by Ruffmercy, the colorful and vibrant video is a great representation of the personality of the late J Dilla.
