Like many in the Hip-Hop community, Compton rapper Game was highly affected by the sudden death of the mother of Tupac Shakur, Afeni Shakur. The rapper made a tribute song to Afeni and all mothers, called “Mama.”

Just in time for Mothers Day weekend, Game releases a song dedicated to the mamas. With Sonyae Eelise on the hook singing “mama,” Game says, “We ain’t sh*t w/o our mamas.” At the end of the song Game makes sure to give a R.I.P. to Afeni Shakur and gives a snippet of Tupac’s track, “Dear Mama.”
