Things are still not looking up Ke$ha.
Accessing to TMZ, Kesha is no longer being cleared by Dr. Luke to preform at the Billboard Awards after he caught wind that Kesha was going to bring up her legal battle against him and Sony during the performance.
After losing her case, Ke$ha is still under the control of Kemosabe Records, Dr.Luke’s label, so whatever he says goes since he holds all the rights to her music.
Kesha denies the rumor that she was going to take shots at Dr. Luke during her performance. She planned to sing Bob Dylan’s “It Ain’t Me Baby” as a tribute. Production reps tell TMZ that several lines in that song can allude to her current legal situation and that the song choice was no coincidence.
I was very excited to perform a tribute to Bob Dylan by singing a cover of "It ain't me, babe" at the Billboard awards this year. I'm very sad and sorry to say I won't be allowed to do this. I just wanted to make very clear that this performance was about me honoring one of my favorite songwriters of all time and has never had anything at all to do with Dr. Luke. I was never going to use a picture of him, speak of him or allude to my legal situation in any way. I simply wanted to sing a song I love to honor an artist I have always looked up to. thank u all for the continued support.
