It just keeps getting worse with Bill Cosby and these allegations of rape. More of his deposition was released from Andrea Constand’s 2005 lawsuit against him and it isn’t good. In the deposition Cosby admits to  knowing he wanted to use the quaaludes to have sex with women, using a modeling agency to have sex with women, and paying women off to keep quiet by using his representative a the William Morris Agency.

The deposition transcript was released by The Associated Press  and Cosby tells a story of when he was working on one of his sitcoms. According to Cosby, a modeling agency would send five or six women to the studio every week. He describes a sexual encounter with one of them that happened in 2000:

Q: She says that just days after … she told you that she did not drink, you told her to come over to (your townhouse) and served her amaretto. Do you recall serving her amaretto?

A: No.

Q: That you told her to sit next to you on the couch and that you put your arm around her and began massaging her shoulder and arms suggestively. Did that occur? … This occurred sometime after you met her parents.

A: I need clarification on time.

Q: She’s 17 and I believe throughout the time she knows you she becomes 18 or 19.

Q: On a later occasion you had her masturbate you with lotion. Did that ever happen?

A: Yes.

Q: (She) used the lotion to rub your penis and make you ejaculate?

A: Bingo.

Cosby also described how he acquired quaaludes and how he would use them to drug women for sex:

Q: Why didn’t you ever take the quaaludes?

A: Because I used them.

Q: For what?

A: The same as a person would say, “Have a drink.”

Q: You gave them to other people?

A: Yes.

Q: Did you believe at that time that it was illegal for you to dispense those drugs?

A: Yes.

Q: How did (the doctor) know that you didn’t plan to use (them)?

A: What was happening at that time was that, that was, quaaludes happen to be the drug that kids, young people were using to party with and there were times when I wanted to have them just in case.

Q: When you got the quaaludes, was it in your mind that you were going to use these quaaludes for young women that you wanted to have sex with?

A. Yes.

He also discussed how in an effort to hide his cheating from his wife Camille Cosby, he would use representatives from the William Morris Agency to pay the girls to keep quiet.

In paying Therese Serignese, Cosby acknowledges the money would flow through his representatives at the William Morris agency.

Q: So, was the purpose of that to disguise —

A: Yes.

Q: I have to finish my question. Was to disguise that you were paying money to Therese?

A: Yes.

Q: Who were you preventing from knowing that?

A: Mrs. Cosby.

In February Camille Cosby was deposed and those transcripts were also recently revealed. According to Refinery29, Mrs. Cosby revealed very little information and also refused to say what she knew about her husband’s deposition, Constand’s sexual assault lawsuit, or Bill Cosby’s use of quaaludes. Because of their marriage, the couple has marital privilege and cannot testify against each other. Mrs. Cosby was deposed again in April concerning her husband’s sexual assault, but those transcripts have not been released.

Cosby will appear in court on Tuesday May 24 for a preliminary hearing to decide if he will go to trial for sexual assault charges stemming from a 2004 incident.
