Phones are becoming a major part of how we experience life, be it from Snapping the most random parts of our day, to creating stunning visuals on Instagram, a lot of our lives our captured on the phone.

Adele wasn’t here for a fan who chose to record her entire performance at a recent stop on the European leg of her world tour.

In an (ironic) video, a fan captured Adele chastising another fan for filming her, saying

“Can you stop filming me with a video camera because I’m really here in real life”

Though she didn’t stop there. She used to experience to call out how many people enjoy things through lenses instead of through their own eyes.

“You can enjoy it in real life, rather than through your camera … I’d really like you to enjoy my show because there’s lots of people outside that couldn’t come in.”
