Following reported label issues concerning the long-awaited release of Tha Carter V, Weezy comforted fans during his show, announcing two upcoming projects. Wayne also went on in a call and response with the crown saying, “f–k the bird man,” and “f–k Cash Money.” He later went on to say,

“I’m going through a lot of bullsh-t right now these niggas got me in bars right now, they don’t want to see me make good music. I don’t know what the f–k’s going on, but f–k them ni–as.”

According to Birdman’s interview this month with Ebro In The Morning, the beef between the two is a misunderstanding that he believes will work itself out.
