Started on BET’s “Comicview” now she’s here! Leslie Jones’ career has been booming since joining “Saturday Night Live” a couple of years ago. On top of being one of the funniest on the late night improv show, she’s gearing up for the release of the all-women “Ghostbusters” reboot.

On top of all of this, ELLE magazine just published its first Women in comedy issue. The four covers features the stars of the new all-woman “Ghostbusters” film, in theaters July 17. Jones snagged one of the covers, and gave her thoughts on being funny, and living her dream at age 47:

“I just knew that I was funny, and I knew that it was just a matter of time. I didn’t know what was going to actually happen—this is definitely way bigger than I thought—but I knew there was no way I was going to be that funny and nobody was going to notice it.”
