After exiting Game 2 with dizziness after taking an inadvertent elbow from Warriors forward Harrison Barnes, Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love is expected to return to action in Game 4 of the NBA Finals, with his team trailing 2-1.
Jason Lloyd of the Akron Beacon Journal reported that Love will likely come off the bench.

Love participated in Thursday’s open session of the Cavaliers’ team shoot around. He was not medically cleared to play in Cleveland’s 120-90 win over Golden State Wednesday night. Love was, however, medically cleared to travel from Oakland back to Cleveland following Game 2, where the team released a statement on his health.
Love experienced dizziness after returning to play at the start of the second half. He was taken to the locker room for further examination. The result of that exam is that he has now been placed in the NBA Concussion Protocol and will not return to play. Kevin did not exhibit any signs or symptoms during the first half, or at halftime, that would have caused him to be placed in the concussion protocol prior to now.
