Inspired by the one-of-a-kind album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin, the new Wu-Tang musical comedy, Martin Shrkeli’s Game, is set to debut at the New York Midtown International Festival in July.
According to the Rolling Stone, the musical centers around the rumor that the sole copy of the rare album belongs to corrupt pharmaceutical CEO, Martin Shkreli. According to the deal the rap group made for the album’s purchase, the album could steal back their album with help of actor Bill Murray.
In December, The New York Times reported Shkreli was charged with security fraud, conspiracy to commit securities fraud, and conspiracy to commit wire fraud. He pleaded not guilty in a Brooklyn court.
