If you watched the chaos that was the Republican National Convention last night, you saw a few things that may have had you shaking your head.
One of those things was the speech given by Donald Trump’s wife Melania Trump, who seemed to be giving a very passionate and heartfelt speech about how hard work and perseverance is important.
While the GOP clapped their hands in awe, many others felt as though they had heard those words before.
It’s because they had.
It took political analysts only seconds to realize much of Melania’s speech was copied from Michelle Obama’s speech at the Democratic National Convention in 2008.

It took social media even less time to begin roasting Melania for her plagiarism, with activist and actor Jesse Williams creating the hashtag #FamousMelianaTrumpQuotes.
