Dr. Dre found himself in a bing on Monday when police showed up at his home after a neighbor called authorities say Dre had a gun.

The call came from a driver who claimed Dr. Dre waved a gun at him outside of his Malibu home when the man was parked by his house.

When cops arrived, they cuffed Dre, only to find no firearm upon searching the premises. Dre also said he didn’t threaten the driver, but did tell the driver he was blocking his driveway and asked him to move.

Despire not finding a weapon, Dre was still cited by the police, though he wasn’t taken in due to the fact that authorities said he “was cooperative, consented to be searched, and denied having a gun.”

Dre even took the initiative to record his encounter with the man, as he says after asking him to leave a first time, the man then returned.

We’re glad it all worked out ok.
