The celebrity courts have been busy these days.

The latest legal rumors say that Faith Evans is being sued by an Atlanta promoter for violating a contract.

Reports say that Faith signed a contract with the promoter to do a show in Atlanta on September 10, and within the contract it stated that she couldn’t perform within a 100 mile radius of the city for six months. That proves to be problematic, as the Bad Boy Reunion Tour is set to make a stop in ATL on September 8.

The promoter claims Faith signed his contract a while ago, and was paid for the performance. Now, he’s taking the issue with up the courts for $100,000.
