Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg’s ‘The High Road Tour’ made a southern Jersey/ Philadelphia stop over the weekend and unfortunately for concert goers, they didn’t get to see a full Wiz & Snoop set.
Following the tour’s opening acts Casey Veggies, Jhene Aiko, Kevin Gates and DJ Drama, the crowd was amped and ready to see Wiz and Snoop…maybe a little too amped. Around 10:30pm, a railing that was a barrier between the crowd and the stage collapsed, injuring an unconfirmed amount of people. Some reports said 40 people suffered minor injuries, while other reports says 10-15 people. No one was seriously hurt, and thankfully everyone has since been treated and released.
The show abruptly ended after that, shorting fans about 30 more minutes of stage time. No word on whether refunds will be issued, but don’t be surprised if a lawsuit appears from this incident. Check out the footage from the incident below.
