This past weekend, another black man was shot and killed at the hands of a police officer in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The victim, Terence Crutcher, was on his way home from a music class when his car stalled in the middle of the street. Police were on route for an unrelated call when they came across Crutcher standing outside of the stalled car.

Although Police officials are saying Crutcher failed to comply to an order to put his hands up, a viral video of the incident may suggests otherwise. In the video released you can see Crutcher in the middle of the street with his hands up as the police enclosed on him.

Moments later he was seen collapsing to the ground after being shot in the lung by Officer Betty Shelby. In the audio released you can hear one officer say that Crutcher looks like “a big bad dude” just before being shot down.

After being taken to a near by hospital, Crutcher was pronounced dead.

A news conference was held on Monday by Tulsa Police Chief Chuck Jordan who shared that Crutcher was unarmed and that the video is “very disturbing — very difficult to watch.”

Tiffany, Terence Crutcher’s twin sister, is demanding charges to be immediately pressed against Officer Betty Shelby and that justice is needs to be served. She also spoke about the “big bad dude” being a father, son, brother, avid church goer, and a life that mattered.
